Ridley Scotts "Prometheus" gives stong European opening

                                                    
                                                  Prometheus to open strong in Europe

Pre - sales for "Ridley Scotts" Alien Prequel "Prometheus" could break records all over Europe , with the second highest Movie opening in France of 2012 .

Prometheus opened early in France yesterday and it has taken the country's Box Office by storm pulling in a impressive $1.5 million in its first day (87 percent higher than The Hunger Games) , which puts it second in that category in France behind The Avengers .

However its amazing start in Europe doesnt end there , in the U.K where the Movie opens on Friday the film managed to suck in $1.6 million in pre ticket sales , that included $810,000 at Londons Imax Southbank Theatre (the highest ever recorded at the Southbank).

Sweeden and Denmark are also reporting pre sales to be booming . At the rate the movie is selling tickets it could surpass "Avatar" and "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2" in pre ticket sales , breaking that EU Box Office record  .

Prometheus which stars Naoimi Rapace , Michael Fassbender and Charlise Theron hits US theatres on June 8th and will see Ridley Scott return to the "Alien Franchise" and Sci Fi Genre that sent him to fame 3 decades ago .

Prometheus movie trailer is not of this Earth !

YES !  , thats what you say when your asked this summer if your seeing Prometheus , Ridley Scotts latest Sci-fi  flick prometheus which has Alien fans everywhere drueling acidic green saliva onto their keyboards all around the world . 
  

Yes the latest trailer for "Ridley Scott's" "Prometheus" has most people convinced that this movie is a prequel to the 1979 box office sensation "Alien" . The movie trailer gives alot of hints about the film but also creates plenty to wonder about . In the trailer a group of archaeologists and scientists who include famous stars "Noomi Rapace" , "Charlise Theron" and "Guy Pearce" who after studying ancient texts and pictograms from ancient civilisations discover that all these ancient people had one thing in common , this discovery leads the group to believe it is likely the human race and all we are did not originate on Earth but from a far off planet .

Of course if you are a fan of the alien franchise you know that the alien race who are responsible for our existence tend to have a plan of sorts for our race and heading to this planet is definitely a bad bad thing .
It is on this planet the group with the help of android  "Michael Fassbender" will learn as seen in the trailer that heading to this planet is a big mistake and means they may have not only put themselves in danger , but every human back on Earth in danger too .

Watch the trailer it looks fantastic and will definetly breath life back into a franchise haunted by the horrific  Alien Vs Predator movies and send Sci Fi fans of the 70s , 80s and 90s into ecstasy and hopefully horrify audiences in cinemas worldwide just like 1979s Alien . Video below .
