Russell Brand has agreed to hand over full ownership of the marital home he bought with ex wife Katy Perry last year for $6.5 million .
Yes a $6.5 million home with 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms according to TMZ (wouldn't mind that house), not a bad price though for a celebrity trying to get his bachelor life back is it ?
Mr. Brand (British actor and comedian) married Perry in October 2010 and the pair filed for a divorce just 14 months later , however he would not accept the $20 million which he was offered under California State law (he was entitled to half of everything Perry earned in the 14 months they were together) .
It seems that the former couple are finally beginning to put aside their differences and move on , Brand by giving away a Hollywood mansion worth almost 7 million dollars and Perry by singing her heart out in her new music video in which she shows joining the army and getting killed is a good alternative to being let down in a relationship (wow she's not over him) , no insult intended to Military Personal .
