It has been revealed "Simon Cowell" is considering axing "X Factor" UK next year and has a idea for a new show to replace it .
The show which first hit tv screens around the UK and Ireland in 2004 has been running for almost a decade and despite viewer ratings dropping last year is still one of the most succesful reality tv programs in the UK's history .
In a interview with the daily star Mr Cowell said , In a years time we might say right, thats the end of the X Factor lets start somthing new" . In response to a fall in viewers last year Mr Cowell said ,"id rather fall off the cliff on numbers than deteriorate slowly".
"Most things in Music Fashion and tv tend to be across a ten year period " said Mr Cowell .
"The great test of Success is if you can transcend a decade" I believe we a can do it again if we are prepared to be brave ".

Well with Simons history with spawning great shows like "X Factor" and "Britains Got Talant" , im sure he will have no problems keeping the public on his leash for another decade of great entertainment bringing in milllions worth of cash for Mr Cowell himself .
